Walters Power International was
retained by the Cherokee Nation in December,
2012 to review the Chilocco Indian School Wind
Farm Project in Kay County that had been the
subject of federal exploratory grants and
development activities for approximately 10
years. WPI interviewed the parties and reviewed
the documents and recommended that the project
proceed. WPI and is subsidiary Cimarron Power
Ventures have over 5 years was involved in
